About this apartment rental
Newly renovated in 2025 end unit condo on the bayside in the heart of Beach Haven. New upgrades this season include 3 brand-new Mitsubishi air conditioning units (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), new Lifeproof flooring throughout the whole house, fully renovated bathrooms on both levels, new furniture and mattresses in both bedrooms, new living room sofa, all new windows and more. The first floor features the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with 3 counter stools, as well as a 4 person kitchen table (which can be expanded to seat 6); as well as a large living room with 2 full size sofas, 1 sofa is a pull out queen sleeper. The first floor bedroom includes a full over full bunk bed with 2 new full size mattresses, and an updated full bathroom with stand up shower. Upstairs the master bedroom includes 1 queen bed with a set of twin bunk beds, all with new mattresses. The full bathroom upstairs has been newly renovated and includes a shower/tub combo. New washer and dryer are also located in the master bedroom. Large driveway for parking up to 4 cars off street. Back patio includes a new table and chairs for outdoor entertaining, an outdoor shower, propane barbecue and propane fire pit. Walkable to ALL of Beach Havens attractions. Best restaurants on the island - Buckalews, Station 117, Tucker’s Tavern, Black Whale, Chicken or the Egg, Uncle Will's, Parker’s Garage. Walkable to Bay Village and Fantasy Island, Ben & Jerry's, Mini Golf, Shopping etc. Full grocery and liquor store on the corner of our street. Beach is a 10 minute walk and can cross the Blvd at a light. Lots of public parking also available at the beach and public restrooms are one block over. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Basics including garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, cleaning supplies are provided. Please bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. I stayed here with family for a wedding nearby. The condo was cute, very clean and in a perfect location. All the instructions were clear and host was available if needed. I would definitely recommend this place.
