I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swan House Panoramic in Greece and it was truly an experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the picturesque location (villa is situated in an olive tree garden, 5 min walking from a sandy beach and a nice taverna) to the exceptional host every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfection.
The vila is located near Kos town and very close to Tigaki beach. Both locations can be reached by bike or by bus. Bus station is 3 min walk and car/bike rental center is really close
Our host's kindness surpasses expectations, and the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need.
We will cherish the memories made here and eagerly look forward to visiting again in the future.

The hospitality and friendliness of the owners (father and son and their wifes) is unprecedented. You feel totally welcome from the beginning. The house is lovely situated in a wonderful garden of 6000 m2 with olive, apricot, plum, almond and walnut trees - a paradise. It has three terraces so you can choose depending on your demand for sun or shadow. Inside it is spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Carnagio beach is at a leap's distance - you can see the ocean and you can hear the ocean but not too much so. Carnagio beach got everything you need (even a lovely greek restaurant with delicious food and friendly waiters) and is not crowded at all. If you fancy the more crowded beaches you bike a little further to Tigaki beach or even Kos beach. In walking distance from the house there is a vegetable shop and a little supermarket.
I couldn't say a thing - it was just perfect, far beyond my expectiations.

Very nice house with an amazing surrounding, the garden is huge, there are many fruits trees, vegetable garden and fowls !
Several terraces and balconies so you can switch depending where is the sun. You really feel good there and the host is extremely nice and attentive.
Coming from northern europe we would have appreciated to have air conditioner in bedrooms, we would have slept better.
