Very friendly arrival! We were made to feel so welcome

Host was welcoming and helpful. Room was well furnished.

Little to improve upon at this price range.

I was just staying overnight before catching a plane out of Kos in the morning. I arrived on the 8 PM ferry and made the short walk to the property. Google maps got me there just fine. The host met me at the door with my key and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. She called a taxi for me that was outside waiting early in the morning. She offered me a bottle of water when I arrived, and also offered to let me leave luggage downstairs if I didn't want to take it up the staircase. The room was clean, comfy bed, nice shower with hot water and plenty of space. I loved all the kitchen gadgets including a panini press! There was a small patio with a table to have an open air meal. Location is close to the ferry port and all the shops and restaurants there.

The room is up a winding staircase with stair steps that flare/narrow as they spiral. Be aware that carrying large suitcases may be difficult. There is no elevator. My room didn't have a sea view as advertised, but maybe that's because I requested a larger bed instead of twin beds. The bed was more important to me than the view. It was difficult to figure out how to operate the metal slats that covered the glass door to the patio. I wasn't familiar with how they worked and it's not intuitive. You have to grab the thin strap in exactly the right way with two hands to release the slats. Google "how to operate european metal slat blinds" or go to this video https://www.youtube.com/shorts/lbou8TNpheM I am sure I could have asked my host, who lives in the unit on the first floor, but it was late at night and I didn't want to disturb her.

Good value comfortable room for an overnight stay before getting the morning ferry to Kalymnos. We had a 2 room studio with a double + single beds so plenty of space. Ate both evening meal & breakfast out so didn't use any of the cooking facilities but they are pretty standard for this kind of accommodation in Greece. It's about a 5 minute walk from the port for the ferry. The owner is friendly and helpful and speaks some English.

Despite mosquito netting we still had some in the room keeping us awake.
