Very functional apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and laundry detergent available. Easy access to all kinds of stores and restaurants. Owner or manager is responsive.

The kitchen was dirty when we checked in. But they came and cleaned it soon after we reported the problem. The apartment looks a little on the older side. Can be touched up a little. Bathroom showers are a little quirky and sprayed in a wide angle.

Super convenient to what my kids love. See fishes, arcade games, VR stuffs, bubble tea and Japanese food. Clean, nice beds, drinking water, fast wifi, easy to wash clothes. Friendly

we chose the location to be close to what we wanted to do

the kitchen and bathroom were filthy, we mentioned this to the lady showing it and she wiped off a little from around the sink. she later brought some scrubbing sponges and some useless little towels. the bedroom was divided from the living room by a sliding glass door, no curtain, totally all visible from the living room, couldn’t shut out the light from the living room. There were a few dirty pots in the cupboard. Quite disappointing. we only used the microwave a few times.
