Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the entire property except 2 small cupboards that will be locked.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Level 1 in the building has a washing machine and dryer for guests to use. They accept $2 coins.
The Neighborhood:
Bondi Beach is one of Australia's and the world's most famous beaches. It has a village atmosphere and very little high-rise development. The beach is roughly a kilometre long and is patrolled by lifesavers.
There are activities all year round at Bondi beach, from surfing competitions and kite flying to festivals and markets.
There are lots of coffee shops and places to eat along the beach and tucked away in the back streets.
The area is great for coastal walks. There are two scenic walks from Bondi Beach towards the south. These walks offer great views of the sea, you visit popular beaches such as Tamarama and Bronte, and you get to see a number of historic spots.
There are plenty of places along the way where you can stop to admire the views. During the summer these walks are packed with tourists from all over the world.
Getting Around:
Download the Citymapper app it's the Ultimate Transport App.
We also recommend using an Opal Card. Opal makes getting around on public transport a lot easier and faster, with its tap on and tap off system. You can find an Opal card retailer by visiting their website.
Visit the Sydney Trains website for up to date information on timetables and fares.
Other Things to Note:
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.
Level 1 in the building has a washing machine and dryer for guests to use. They accept $2 coins.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Very spacious, well styled and a great view of Bondi Beach. Very close to all amenities including the Icebergs.Great place to sit with a drink and take in the atmosphere. Would return any time.

The views were amazing. Property was minutes to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
We left out keys in the unit and management responded quickly to meet us and let us in.
Very clean and comfortable. We can't wait to come back next year! Thank you Gabriel!

This apartment is located overlooking Bondi Beach and is a short walk from the main part of Bondi Beach - the location couldn;t have been better.
The apartment itself is fine, although small.
When we arrived the keys were not where they were supposed to be, and when I called the property manager he started giving me a lecture. I would keep him away from the phones. It all got sorted out, but after flying from the states, the last thing i needed was a surly property manager and an apartment I couldn;t get into.
