Close to Bondi but is up a steep hill.
It’s dated and the host Sydney Dreams is not sharing the aging on the property. Delph was very dated and has been used for years. Its needs an upgrading in the total property. Also there was a No. of noisy and late night party’s in the complex despite the rules stating otherwise.
