We rented the house for a family get-together and birthday celebration. The layout of the house and the amenities (pool table, ping pong table) as well as the outdoor spaces (pickleball, fire pit) were all very well suited for our group.

An easy 5 stars from us on both houses. So much to do and the grounds/house have everything you could ever think you might need. Pictures on website are spot on, first rental for us without exaggerations. WiFi was spotty but I am sure that was due to the area and not the property. After the first day no noticed and we were outside most of the time.Shan and his wife are close by and very nice. We didn't have any issues, but they were kind enough to come over at the last minute to take a group photo.

This property was fantastic for our family gathering! The kitchen/house was well stocked with everything we needed. We all loved the ease of access to the pool and pickleball courts. The kids just rotated in and out all day! Lake access was nice. We used the fire pit more than once. Double sinks were super helpful in the bathrooms. Game tables were great! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It is nice that they live on site. The pool and property were very well maintained, more than other places we have stayed. Appliances all worked. Note that the bunk room can only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Other than that everything was perfect! We would DEFINITELY stay again! Absolutely one of the best our large family has stayed in!

What was a little slice of heaven off Lake Texoma! We booked both houses for a girls weekend away to play pickleball and were so impressed with the whole experience! The house is so well organized, so clean and meticulous, and has everything you need. There is so much space inside with still room for seating, pool table, ping pong, and poker table. The backyard space with the multiple fire pits, lighted pickleball, and the wonderful seated teepee was beyond our expectations! The couple who owns it was so hospitable and answered all our questions and were just so wonderful to meet! The lake is an easy 5 minute walk! Highly recommend! We will be coming back!

Great house with plenty of space and good communication! Kitchen is well stocked, and double ovens were great. It is a couple of blocks to the lake, but an easy walk or drive. With the layout, the upstairs bedrooms are a bit loud if people don’t go to bed at the same time. But nothing earplugs or a sound machine can’t fix.

We had our 24th year family reunion there and it was wonderful. Every evening, our family engaged in some of the activities that was provided. It included, Pickle Ball, swings, children's area, a TeePee that our kids loved to put on a show in, conversation areas, and then when it got dark, we went inside to continue with board games, pool, and ping pong! They are so well equipped in all activities. Also, the kitchen amenities are very well stocked, and it is always very clean and things are so inviting. We love it there and hope to continue to go there for a long time!!

Our extended family of 23 (13 adults and 10 kids) loved this home! There is a great selection of comfortable bedroom options - ranging from king bed to bunk room. All the bedrooms have a private bath. We appreciated the many activities available - the lake, pickleball, fire pit, playground, pool table, ping pong, poker table and a game cabinet. Hosts also have a pack n play and high chair available in addition to a well equipped kitchen.

This is our second year to stay in this home for our extended family Christmas. The home is perfect with multiple bedrooms and attached bathrooms. The large living area connected to the kitchen makes it easy for everyone to be doing different things, yet still be all together.The host is amazing and checks in to make sure everything is going well, or if anything else is needed. There was a beautiful tree providing a providing a festive environment for our holiday experience.We had beautiful weather this weekend, and were able to take advantage of the Pickleball courts and play areas for the toddlers. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Everything was provided for us.The house is fully stocked with everything labeled in the kitchens and multiple large towels in the bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

My entire family absolutely loved the cabins. Shan was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor setup was amazing and all of our kids loved it! It is the perfect setup for large family gatherings and very kid friendly. I’d highly recommend.

Our group takes a vacation together every year. This has been the best house we have stayed in to date. The amenities are outstanding. The owners were so accommodating. The dishwasher broke while we were there and they promptly came and checked it out and had a replacement the very next day. We wanted to play corn hole after dark and asked where to go buy some lights and they very generously provided us with spot lights so we could play. If I had to say anything negative about this place it would be hard to find something. The only thing that would make this an extra big win for us is if it had been closer to the water. We loved it and would stay again!

This property is just as listed! The beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked and there was more than enough room to spread out. The owners live two lots over and were there for anything we needed. The were enjoyable to talk to and taught our group how to play pickleball. Yes you share the game/rec area with the other rental next to you, but you have your own patio and fire pit. We will not hesitate to rebook this rental or the one next to it next time we go to Lake Texoma fishing!

We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood by the lake. We were able to walk over to the beach where the kids could swim and the adults could fish right off the dock. There were many rooms and so many beds to choose from. One bedroom down stairs was perfect for my older mother and father who cant so stairs well, it was also towards the back of the house so when they wanted to sleep they didnt hear all the rest of us still up making noise and playing. Our hosts were very helpful and close by when we needed help with our propane tank or the wood for the bonfire. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here with extended family & there was plenty of room. It has a well-stocked kitchen. The bunk room does not have sturdy wood beds. They are metal and rickety. Also, there is no suspended twin although one of the bedrooms is described as having one. The property description says the photos will be updated, but we booked the property in February; stayed in April; and now it's June and the description/photos have not been updated. It is still a wonderful property, but renters might want to know the differences between the descriptions and what is actually there.

The place is very well kept. The owner is super nice, we’ll try to up pickle ball next time. We had a large team meeting and everyone had their own space. It was very close to the lake with a well kept lakeside area, as well as Chickasaw Point golf course.
