About this villa rental

Independent house well positioned in a residential area in the center of Fiumicino Country yards away from the Sea, main street, dining area and all of the amenities the city can offer. Public transportation to all direction just at the door step, 5 minutes away from Airport, and 5 minute away from ancient Roman sites of Ostia Antica, Port of Claudius, Necropolis of Porto, and very close two Malls.
The house is on two floors with a large garden and patio with BBQ and dining space in the door you have a full equipped kitchen, family & Dining Room, Bedroom with Bath and a sofa bed. in the first floor two double bedrooms two bathrooms, and a corridor to access the large balcony. Roof top is a solarium.

Fausto is very welcoming and enthusiastic. Ask him whatever, he is eager to help: he arranged for transportation to and from the Colosseum (I'd had enough driving narrow crowded streets).We were not there long enough to take advantage of all the amenities but the place is clean comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We did walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Since we were there only two nights we did not have much opportunity to scout the area.There is parking inside the gate, a little tight for a full size vehicle, but there is also street parking available.A nice homey place!

Fausto is knowledgeable, super helpful, spent time showing up everything and really made us feel like family. We were so happy to find cold beverages and coffee after travelling to get here it was a very nice touch.

I don't know why but our GPS jept trying to take us up the street. Once we got Fausto on the phone, everything was easy. The parking is small, even for a small car, but we managed with help. Lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tons of food and drink for purchase and some complimentary Continental breakfast items. The rooftop is beautiful as is the garden. There were some mosquitos that made it inside with us, but it was fine after about two hours. Thanks for making us feel at home!

Fasco was great as usual he was very helpful in getting information to us this was a great adventure for us being the first time in Italy. It was very nice that we could stay there the second time for a couple days before we caught our flight back to the states

Fausto is one of the best host we had. Generous with breakfast food, we felt like he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. Great restaurants at a walking distance and only 12 mins to the airport. You even have a little shop in the house for your last minute shopping or dinks. You live in Fausto's house I think, so you feel like a local.

We needed a place to sleep (were there for less than 8 hours) while traveling to and from the airport with the 6 of us. Everything was as described. Host was wonderful(a pleasure to talk to in the morning, helped us get a taxi back to the airport, was incredibly responsive to and available for questions). I might recommend arriving during the day to better understand the house and neighborhood. I am sure it was safe, but I would not have felt comfortable on my own traveling from airport via taxi to this location after dark.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay! Fausto met us when we checked in and gave us a quick brief on the home and the area and was very accommodating. The home is a short walk to local restaurants, shops and the water - we were only there for a day, but did a pretty good amount of exploring. The house has a huge gated yard and a view of the water from the rooftop terrace. The bedrooms were good sized and clean, as were the bathrooms. The air conditioning in the first floor bedroom needs to be replaced and the wifi upgraded (we were unable to connect at all), but overall this was a great house. He even had wine, snacks, beer and breakfast goods to purchase if you didn't want to leave the compound.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this spacious Villa. Our host, Fausto, was very welcoming and very helpful for any questions we had. He was very quick to respond to any email sent to him prior to our arrival. The beds were quite comfortable. We felt very safe staying in this gated villa with a huge outdoor living area. Large three bedroom villa in a seaside town with exceptional space and an amazing host Fausto. Rooms were large in size, the house had plenty of amenities, and there was a garden area and a womderful solarium where you could see the water. Overall, Fausto was very helpful. We stayed 9 days during the hottest July in decades. The house is not set up for that. The property is lovely but it is 2 story. The a/c is tricky along with the appliances which are in Italian. There is no book with instructions on how to use the oven,washer, a/c units, which differ from room to room. The airport is also the train station and the taxis do a brisk business charging app $20-30 euros to go to and from there or anywhere else that might be too far to walk. The River front shops and restaurants are great, as we’ll as the pharmacies. You can take the bus but it doesn’t run on time. Almost everything is closed on Mondays and then when it reopens on Tuesday….well, not everything reopens. Fausto was very helpful everytime we called and he came by almost everyday to water the plants. He did rent a car and took our family on a very important visit to my family’s ancestral home. We of course paid for the car, insurance , gas and bought him lunch with a gratuity too. That was very kind of him. I would just recommend staying for 3 days or less and not in the heat.

We needed one night close to the airport before leaving Rome. The unit was fully stalked with enough for a quick breakfast. Located minutes to a minimart and many restaurants. It had an old Italian charm to it. The owner was so nice. He even had a mini bar system going on which was super convenient. Highly recommended.

This property was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast provided was over the top! Fausto was waiting at the property when we arrived and explained everything in great depth. We had no issues. The ocean was a short walk away and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Thank you, Fausto!

This is a real working home with a full kitchen and plenty of space. Beds were comfy and all 3 had their own baths. The outdoor space was fantastic- we prepared a pasta meal and ate in the courtyard surrounded by Fausto’s plants and candles. Then we enjoyed wine (some we brought and some Fausto had available for a reasonable price) on the upper deck and the roof! A little noisy at night as it is on a busy street but we parked our 2 cars outside and felt safe and cozy in our retreat.

I booked this accommodation because it had lots of beds for us to get a good nights sleep on our last night of a 2 week vacation. And I wanted air conditioning. There were 3 air conditioners and only 1 was working. 1 air conditioner was on but hardly any cool air came out. The 3rd was a window air conditioner not connected to the window, so cold air came out the front and hot air came out the back. Hence not an air conditioned room. Yes there were plenty of places to sleep, but it was uncomfortably warm. Otherwise, nice clean accommodations, close to the airport. Thank you,
