About this cottage rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom chalet, all newly renovated with knotty pine interior, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom, 2 new queen beds and new bunkbeds (sleeps 6 adults). Located on a large, wooded lot in a quite setting. Large front porch if you want to sit out and relax, and a fire pit a few steps down from the porch.
Just 3 miles to North Higgins Lake State Park and all-sports Lake (10,000 acres and 1 of the cleanest lakes in the U.S.) with a fantastic sandy beach, picnic facilities, public restrooms and a boat launch. Just far enough away for peace and quite.
2 minutes to B & B Sports Marina and boat rentals (fishing, Ski, Pontoon, jetski/waverunners, etc.)
5 minutes away from downtown Roscommon with dining, grocery store, drug store, gasoline, post office, library with computers if you need the internet, etc.
1 minute away from convenience store, ice cream stand, gas station.
3 miles from I-75 exit and 4 miles from U.S. 127.
Ride your ORV, quads, motorcycles, etc.
Non-Smoking rental (outside smoking okay).

Had a wonderful long weekend here with my wife and 8 year old son. The house was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and cozy little house. This was our second stay at this property and we will definitely stay again. Recommend it very highly.

Very clean and cozy ! Loved the peace and quiet of “Up North” and the nature was beautiful . Higgins Lake didn’t disappoint - clean blue water & friendly atmosphere . We’ll be back !

The Chalet was incredibly clean and it had all the items we needed. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and the room darkening blinds in the bedrooms. Our hosts were very communicative and made sure the check in to see if we need anything. We would recommend this house.
