About this house rental
It is a TWO BLOCK walk or drive to the township beach, park and beautiful Higgins Lake. 1/4 mile to the boat launch. The cottage has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen and the other with twin beds. Sleeps 4. This cottage comes fully furnished except for sheets and towels. Bathroom with shower. Enjoy your own campfire, charcoal grill and picnic table in the large, private yard with lake view. The yard is large and can accommodate 2 vehicles and/or a large boat. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around, ride bikes or walk to the local ice cream/candy store. Internet and Cable. No pets! No smoking! Private setting! Cable and internet.
4th of July week is a Saturday to Saturday rental only.
Four night minimum which must be within a Saturday to Saturday time period.

Julie is an excellent host, and this property is really cute! It is clean, quiet, quaint, and totally relaxing. Furniture is up to date, oven is spotless, nice fridge. Really nice bathroom! We had the best time. 1 block from beautiful Higgins Lake. We look forward to returning next year! Julie even has flower boxes all around the windows. Truly a great place to stay!

We enjoyed a great few days on Higgins Lake while our daughter was at camp for the week just across the lake. We have been to Higgins lake several times before, but had never rented from this vrbo before. Julie was a great host. She answered our questions and greeted us within hours of our arrival. Gave us advice on things to do in town and where to shop or go for a swim. The cottage was perfect for us and will love to rent from Julie in the future. Thank you for a lovely and peaceful get away.
