About this chalet rental
A few km from Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, I rent on my property in Montolieu "village of the book"; located between Toulouse and the Mediterranean in the heart of the Cabardes and Minervois vineyards, 45 minutes from Narbonne, its natural park and its beaches; as well as 15 minutes from the lakes of the black mountain, in a 3000m2 domain surrounded by nature, a wooden chalet for 4 people, all new comfort with two fitted bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a TV screen dish with a bench seat. A bathroom with shower and separate WC. A semi covered terrace and awning, garden and private parking, barbecue, view of the swimming pool. Private spaces and privacy are respected. Rest and relaxation area, barbecue, games, deckchairs ...

Très bon accueil. Le bungalow est très bien équipé. L'emplacement est très paisible, beaucoup de calme et idéal pour visiter cette belle region.

A neat, well stocked chalet with everything you could need for your stay. It is in a lovely peaceful, country setting. With far reaching views from the top of the drive.
The owners were friendly and helpful and spoke English very well.
Our only disappointment was the swimming pool wasn't working, so ask first if it is important for you.
It is a lovely place to stay.
