Logement bien situé et lumineux, bien meublé avec de vrais meubles anciens, décoré avec de vrais tableaux agréables à regarder
Absence d'alarme incendie dans un immeuble ancien constitué de planchers et d'un escalier en bois.
L'accès à l'appartement se fait par un escalier très abrupt et dangereux même pour des personnes valides.
Manque total d'intimité pour les WC
