El precio, la ubicación cerca de la playa y la nueva zona de bares. Atención telefónica rápida solucionando el problema y aire acondicionado (aunque ruidoso) + ventilador de techo. Limpian todos los días. Hay sillas de playa para utilizar.
En los comentarios decían que te dejaban un desayuno bastante bueno (falso y problema nuestro al fiarnos), nos dejaron 2 cafés Nespresso, 2 sobres de té el primer día, una cápsula para lavar ropa y da gracias.
El somier de la cama hacía un ruido considerable. Eso y el ruido del aíre puede molestar a los otros inquilinos (ya que compartes con otra habitación doble de matrimonio). Aunque las paredes están bien insonorizadas.

Lovely, friendly hosts.
Great location for train station to Jerez or Cadiz old town.. Supermarket and beach within minutes walk. Great buffet breakfast.

Location was good if you want to be close to the beach. Also many supermarkets were nearby. For the breakfast everything needed was at the disposal so we could prepare it. The place was also kept clean every day.
The kitchen was not equiped with the stove so it was not possible to cook. This we did not know. In the description it was written that kitchen is fully equiped, so naturally we expected the stove also.Maybe we misunderstood the description but unfortunately I do not think It was stated clearly.There was also no cutting knife. Also our room was very small,with window to the quite noisy street, we did not sleep well as the street lamp was shining directly to our window,and if we closed the shades we did not have any air.
