Excellent condo and just loved the ground floor access. Was so easy to walk straight out from the patio to the pool or beach and close to the main gate if one in our party wanted to lock up while the kids headed to pool or beach. The Murphy bed was super comfy & made the most of the space. Beautiful sunset views right from the patio! Thank you for sharing this lovely property with our family!

We had stayed at Pelican Walk last year but this was a MUCH nicer condo! Cleaner, better decor, more comfortable bed. We loved that it was on the first floor and so close to the pool. Hoping to stay here again on our next trip.

We were here for 2 weeks during spring break. It was far enough down the beach to be away from all the chaos but close enough for many good restaurants. There was an immense police presence patrolling the beach…maybe because it was spring break but there were no issues around us. The entire condo building was quite quiet. Our patio was only 20 yards from the heated pool. We would have preferred that pool be warmer. The other pool was not heated at all. Not many people were swimming. The condo kitchen was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Both bathrooms and showers were great. The only concern was the sofa seemed too soft.. the springs are too squishy. We really enjoyed the keyless entry. We would recommend it to anyone and may return in the future.

The only problem with this unit is that the mattress needs replaced. It’s an old pillowtop. RealJoy put a topper on which helped some. Talked to owners and they said they are aware it needs replacing but couldn’t get it done in the month that we stayed. That was most important to us and feel they misrepresent their condo if not providing an updated bed, saying it’s all remodeled.
We would stay there again if mattress is replaced, but how would we know??
