Charming 2 Bedroom Home 3 mins from Arsenal Station

Great location, just a short walk from Arsenal Station. The apartment is fully equipped with many amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, microwave oven, and a lot of cutlery, which made our stay very comfortable.

Quite dated and needs some maintenance. During our stay, some of the living room light bulbs were broken, and the shower curtain rail kept falling down and needs a more secure setup. Additionally, the front window shutter was broken and could not be opened.

Temperatur schwer optimal einzustellen, kühlt sofort ab, bei ankunft 11 Grad Es war nicht sehr sauber geputzt, brösel am Boden, Haare im Bad, etwas muffig da einige Räume nicht gelüftet werden können Einrichtung sehr alt aber gemütlich Wände dünn, sehr laut wenn menschen vorbei gehen oder die nachbarn länger wach sind, gelegentlich haben tiere vorm haus gekämpft und waren sehr laut

Exceptional location, comfort, facilities and cleanliness. Close to Piccadilly line tube, Great Northern and Thameslink services at Arsenal Station and Finsbury Park Station. There are also 24-hour bus connections to central London. Spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet accommodation in a mature, low-traffic residential area. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Perfect for those who prefer to be able to cook some meals during their stay. There are full kitchen facilities and a branch of Sainsbury's near Finsbury Park and many smaller local shops nearby. There is also an excellent small private garden. There is a large cast-iron bath. We hope to return in future.
