For your skiing holidays or to spend your summer in Les Arcs 1800, book this duplex, 2 room apartment with a balcony which offers you a South view.
This 33 sq-m apartment can accomodate up to 5 guests and is situated on the 3rd floor of the residence Aiguille Grice 1, residence with lift.
The apartment is on the first floor from outside view.
The sleeping arrangements
On the mezzanine, you'll find a double bed and a set of 2 bunk beds (160 and 80).
Please note that the higher bed is not suitable for children under 6 years.
You will also find a bedroom with a simple bed (90).
The open plan kitchen
Fully equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and an oven combined.
At your disposal, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
The additionnal facilities
A TV in the living-room.
WIFI access.

Animals are allowed.
During the winter, the car parks are compulsory and fee-paying.

It’s located in the Charmettoger’s village, at the bottom of the « Charmettoger » blue slope and at 3 minutes by foot from the Transarc gondola.
A covered car park "Charmettoger" (additional charges) is available at 20 meters as well as the stop bus.
The shuttle buses are free during the winter and the summer and circulate every 20 minutes in the winter and every hour in the summer.
At the bottom of the residence, you will find a bakery.
The nearest supermarket and ESF ski school are situated at 7 minutes by foot, in the Villards’ area.
You'll also reach the medical center and the Tourism Office about 20 minutes' walk or with the shuttle bus.
