This 33 sq-m apartment can accomodate up to 5 guests, and is situated on the 3rd floor of the residence Aiguille Grive 1, residence with lift.

In the living-room, you'll find a sofa bed trundle (80)
In the mezzanine, you'll find a double bed (140) and a set of 2 bunk beds (80).
Please note that the higher bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Is fully equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and an oven combined.
At your disposal, a bathroom with a bath and a toilet.

A TV in the living-room.

During the winter, the car parks are compulsory and fee-paying.

It’s located in the Charmettoger’s village, at the bottom of the « Charmettoger » blue slope and at 3 minutes by foot from the Transarc gondola.
A covered car park "Charmettoger" (additional charges) is available at 20 meters as well as the stop bus.
The shuttle buses are free during the winter and the summer and circulate every 20 minutes in the winter and every hour in the summer.
At the bottom of the residence, you will find a bakery.
The nearest supermarket and ESF ski school are situated at 7 minutes by foot, in the Villards’ area.
You'll also reach the medical center and the Tourism Office about 20 minutes' walk or with the shuttle bus.

Ruimte niet heel groot maar voldoende voor 5. Netjes. Kookplaten veroorzaakten echter regelmatig stroomuitval (lastig koken met maar 1 werkend) en vloer gang hele week zeiknat, vermoedelijk ergens lekkage vanuit badkamer. Hele week zelf vuilniszakken neergelegd ter voorkoming van steefs natte sokken... Klachten direct gemeld bij CIS, zou iemand komen, helaas nooit iemand gezien en problemen niet opgelost. Bij vertrek weer bij CIS gemeld, konden zien dat ik eerder melding had gemaakt. Benieuwd of hier nog iets van compensatie voor volgt want absoluut aantasting vh comfort!
