Nice and functional studio of 25 m² for 4 people located on the 2nd floor with view on the village and mountain. Stay exposed East, with television, 1lit foldable in 140 and 2 bunk beds in 90. Equipped kitchenette: 2 hotplates, refrigerator, Microwaves, mini-oven. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Outside car park behind the residence
Barèges is a small village nestled in the middle of the forest at 1,240 m altitude, the highest spa in France!
Summer and winter you can enjoy the thermo playground Ciéléo with its starry vault and its breathtaking view over the valley.
The Residence Ayré is located in Barèges, along the Gave, 5 minutes walk from the center of the village and shops. It has a ski room in the basement.
Tourist tax will need to be paid at your arrival for people 18 and older.

Wifi start from 39€ per week (must to be booked in advance).

Logement vieillissant aurai besoin de remettre en état.
Plaques électriques en mauvais état , une seule fonctionne. Ampoule grillée dans frigo. Chasse d eau très bruyante. Eau chaude bouillante, dangereux pour les enfants.mettre une serpillière neuve...
