Located in a village bordering Luz St Sauveur (700m), the cottage on the first floor can accommodate 4 people (+1 or 2 with supplement). Classified 3* (2018) + 3 diamonds Label Confort ATVG (2024). Independent entrance to a 64 m² space on the first floor with a living room-kitchen (25 m²), 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Baby equipment on request. Courtyard adjacent to the living room equipped with a BBQ and garden furniture. Shed as a ski or bike room. Reserved parking adjacent to the cottage.

From an independent entrance, (with WC and cloakroom), you access the living area on the right and on the left on the night area (see the map).
The kitchen area is equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and wood stove. The dining area includes a large table and 6 chairs. The living area includes TV (94 cm LCD with USB ports), 3-seater sofa (convertible 140 rapido) + 2 armchairs and three coffee tables.
The sleeping area is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (140) and the other with 2 single beds (90 and 80). The bathroom has a sink, a shower cubicle (90x90) and a washing machine. The cottage is equipped with wood pellet central heating which ensures a very comfortable heat.
Location
The cottage is located at 10 Cami deth Trey in the upper part of the village of Sère (700m) on the sunny slope of the Sardey and allows walks on the paths of the valley. Located near the church (12th century) and a business park (playground, tennis court, etc.), the cottage is far from the main road to guarantee peace and quiet but close to Luz accessible on foot (500 m).
The Sardey cottage is in the heart of the "Pays Toy" at the crossroads of the valleys of Luz, Barèges and Gavarnie, a mountain canton that has been able to evolve while preserving its authenticity. Luz-Saint-Sauveur is a cultural and commercial centre that offers a variety of activities (cinema, cafés, restaurants, bowling, discotheque), historical monuments (Church known as the Templars (12th century), Château Sainte Marie (ruins of the 10th century), Solferino Chapel, Napoleon Bridge, etc.) and a fitness centre (thermal baths and thalassotherapy) in St Sauveur.
The valley provides quick access to the Pyrenees National Park (Néouvielle, Troumouse and Gavarnie) and 3 ski resorts: Barèges-La Mongie (10 km), Luz-Ardiden (12 km), Gavarnie (20 km).
