Located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator, this one-bedroom apartment enjoys a prime location between the train station and the fire station.
Upon entering, a closet provides storage for your belongings. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, mini-oven, 4-burner gas cooktop) offers all the necessary conveniences. The living room, furnished with a sofa bed, a 100cm LG flat-screen TV, and a dining table, opens onto a south-facing balcony overlooking the street. The bedroom, also south-facing, features a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. A shower room with a washing machine and a separate toilet complete the apartment.
Electric shutters and laminate flooring create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A secure private garage is also available. Shops, including a bakery, are located right across the street!
Please note that pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Final cleaning is included, provided the rental is maintained normally and regularly during your stay.
