In the heart of the small medieval town of Nolay, rent a town house, ideally well placed for its view of the vineyard, fully restored and nicely decorated while keeping the authenticity of the rooms on the 1st floor with its tomettes and parquet floors.
Ground floor: Bright living room with dining room and living room with television - Equipped kitchen - Shower room with Italian shower and washing machine - WC
Upstairs with a parquet floor and the other tomette: 3 bedrooms 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and the third with 1 loft bed 140 and 1 single bed - 1 relaxation room with television
Outside: Terrace - Large enclosed private garden of 700 m² - Closed parking - Bike storage room with 4 adult bikes and 1 child bike available.
Oil central heating with hot water production - Towels and sheets not provided - Possibility on request of a travel cot and mattress, high chair, baby bath - Cleaning charge offered € 50.
You have all the shops in Nolay, a medieval village with its stone-roofed market halls (XIVth century) and its church (XVth and XVIIth centuries). All this surveyed of small medieval streets. You can discover Beaune and the Hospices located 18 km away and classified World Heritage, the Grands Crus route from Dijon Capital of Burgundy to Santenay and its casino, Autun and its Gallo-Roman context located 25 km away, Chalon sur Saône located 30 km and all its shops, Le Creusot and its industrial past at 30 km, Le Morvan with the François Mitterrand Museum at Château Chinon, its Regional Natural Park at 30 km and Lac des Settons.
