Cute cottage, clean & tastefully decorated. Located on a quiet side street thats only1/4 mile from pier (5-10 minute walk) and many restaurants & bars and other entertainment. Off street parking, fenced in back yard, new deck, hardwood floors, washer/dryer, gas grill, television, high speed wifi, picnic table. Fully stocked kitchen. Children welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible.

We had a wonderful stay at this little cottage in Old Orchard Beach! The cottage itself had all the amenities and everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen was nice and spacious and gave us plenty of room to make meals or play a card game at the large kitchen table for four. Morning coffee on the back deck was a treat too. It was nice that we could be down at The Pier and on the beach after just a short walk. I would highly recommend this cottage!

Was a few minutes walking distance to grocery store, shops, restaurants and pier which was super convenient. The house itself was clean and cozy and had everything we needed!

The property was very nice and clean. Perfect for Our group of three adults. Situated 20 min away from both Portland and Kennebunkport. We spent most days on the beach in this quaint town and dined in the city a few nights. Just what we were looking for...great company and good food and drink. Great choice for our family get together this year. Thank you Mainers for a warm welcome and a safe visit. Until next time.
