Sehr gute Lage, 100m bis zur S Bahn Station , ca 5 Stationen bis Warnemünde! Ruhige Gegend, Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück, schöne Terrasse, top Ausstattung, sehr sauber! Egal ob Sommer oder Winter, dort ist man super aufgehoben u kann eine wunderschöne Zeit verbringen!

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden sogar ein 2. Fernseher in Schlafzimmer, tolle Betten und ein schönes großes Bad!
Wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen will könnten eventuell die vielen Züge die zwischen Rostock und Warnemünde verkehren etwas stören. Uns aber nicht!

Innen nett eingerichtet
Trotz kleinem Heizkörper, der voll a war, wurde es nur 14Grad warm. Bad konnte man mit dem Fön aufheizen zusätzlich zum Heizkörper. Leider ist der Boden nicht gut isoliert, sodass man vom Boden her friert. Salz/Pfeffer wären toll gewesen und TV vom Bett ist schwer möglich weil dieser sich nicht entsprechend Kippen lässt. Sehr umständlich ist das rein/raus mit dem Tor, man hätte innen nochmal einen Knopf zum zufahren gebraucht. So muss man immer den Schlüssel einsetzen. Die Lage zwischen den Gleisen weit ab der Stadt ist außerdem nicht so gut. Wirklich einsam.
