Booked a last minute trip to Punta Mita and found a great price inside the gates in a good location. This was a ground level condo that opens to a large shared pool which was fantastic. The downside was one of the bedroom sliding doors wouldn't lock so we had to use sticks to secure them. It was listed as a 4 bedroom but is actually 3 large bedrooms. These units typically have a bunk room as well but this unit it was converted to storage. Due to this we had to have our teenagers sleep on the couch. That said, for the price this place worked well for us. The owner and property manager were responsive and helpful. I would book again here for the price as the minor issues were all solved.

Punta Mita is a very nice private development. The grounds are well-groomed, secure and has nice beach clubs. I would stay in Punta Mita again.
