The villa 'casa al mare' is located in a open and quiet area with beautiful sea view and easy access , 700 meters from Plaka Beach. Less than 2 minutes by car or (10 minutes by walk through a path in the fields) Plaka Beach, you will find tavernas, restaurants, bars and all beach services.
Nearby there are the beautiful beaches of Agia Anna and Agios Prokopios ( 5 minutes by car) and Mikri Vikla for kite and wind surf is only 14 minutes away.
The orinentation of the house overlooking the sea is south-west with faboulous sunsets . Pergola and pool area is well protected from the wind..
The city center is less than10 minutes drive ( 5 km ) and 3 km from the very little airport.

Outside large pergola, 6 sitting places, 5 sun chairs, private pool and 700 sqm of garden.
The house is eqipped with every confort and furnished with linens and towels ( also beach towels )
Car or taxi is needed.
Bus stop at 800 meters reachable via a path throught the fields ( not illuminated at night).
HOUSE SERVICE:
Bed linen and towels at disposal for self change every 3 days, water , electricity and pool maintenance by company.
Beach towels available.
Final cleaning Eur 100.-
Mid cleaning upon request Eur 50.-

Owner available by Whats app or else 24/24 7/7 as is not based in Naxos Island.
BARBEQUE NOTE:
Barbeque is not available for summer time due to the restriction of the local fire law authority.

We really enjoyed our stay in Plaka. The house was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The pool was small but well positioned. There were sunlounges and great outdoor sitting and dining options. We ate all our meals outdoors. The beach clubs in the area range from cheap snd cheerful to expensive. So something for everyone. The walk to beaches is very dusty and a bit far in the heat of summer so we drove. A car is needed anyway to explore further afield.

Lovely property - that is private, a short car ride (5 minutes) to the beach or you can walk. Pool was a wonderful little edition after a day at the beach.
Rent a small car for the roads are tight on the island. I would rate it a 5 out of 5 if there was a little extra ( like having coffee pods for the coffee maker, water, soaps, shampoos, more toilet paper.
Overall great. The rooster on the farm down the way is your alarm clock and there are dogs in the property next door that would bark - we did not mind those though.

The house was in a perfect location to enjoy the peace and quiet of Naxos and yet so close to one of the best beaches, Plaka Beach. The house was clean, comfortable and we loved hanging out in the pool and on the deck. We loved it!

We had an amazing vacation. The house is beautiful and felt like home away from home. We found the house to be very comfortable and clean and all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and restaurants. Leslie Greene the property manager was very helpful and answered all our questions immediately. We give five stars!!
