About this apartment rental
This is a 2nd floor 350 sq ft Studio, that can sleep up to 4 people. It overlooks the pool and has lake view. There are 2 queen size beds, small size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, TV, bathroom has a stand alone shower. We are only 3 miles from Silver Dollar City, with no traffic to get in to the park. We are 100 yards from Indian Point Marina, which has boat rentals, and water sports rentals, a floating cafe and public launch sites.

Clean, simple room, soft bed and hot shower. No frills but would stay again fit sure. Great area on the lake with a couple of nice bar/ restaurants within walking distance.

The location was perfect for us, right by the Indian Point Marina. We had room to park our boat. They were not picky about being on the grass. The rooms were clean and the a/c worked.

We stayed at the property for the weekend. To check in, you have to go into their little store and get your key; it was fine and the guy was very friendly, but not what was advertised. The room itself was good enough for the price. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only real problems were that the walls are SUPER thin and you can hear everyone around you and the door’s lock wasn’t super secure. Overall, it was fine for what it was and the people were very nice.
