'Casa Azul' is located 100 meters from the beach, perched on a hilltop with panoramic ocean views. The house features 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, including 2 suites. It also has a well-equipped open-concept kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a guest bathroom. The entire property is surrounded by a pleasant balcony and a beautiful garden. The balcony features various seating areas with chairs, tables, and hammocks.
The beautiful 12-meter pool and wooden deck include a jacuzzi and LED lighting. The pool area has a restroom and a shower.
The garden is entirely landscaped with grass, coconut palms, and numerous fruit trees, complete with chairs and a parasol. It features a dedicated children’s area with a playhouse and sandbox.
The house has parking for 5 cars and a large outdoor area with a barbecue. The house is well-ventilated and very secure.
Housekeepers live nearby and are available for any domestic services.
Catuama is a quiet and safe beach. Although not heavily developed for tourism, it has a few bars and restaurants serving excellent home-cooked meals, particularly seafood. It has several convenience stores and a bakery. It is 4 km from Pontas de Pedra, which has shops, a supermarket, an open-air market, and a pharmacy. It is 75 km from Recife.

The nature, the well-kept garden, the beautiful and sufficiently large pool, the many different places to talk, relax, and gaze, the sea view from the terrace, the relaxing trip to the beach. Not far away are supermarkets, a bakery, a large fruit and vegetable market, restaurants, and a beach bar. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, suites, and everything is clean. The garden and pool are maintained daily. If you wish, you can also book housekeeping and kitchen services (highly recommended!). We'll definitely be back, thank you!

A casa é perfeita. Muito bem equipada, confortável, limpeza impecável e bem localizada.
Para qualquer necessidade, há uma variadade de comércios próximos.
A rua em frente à casa é bastante tranquila, mas mesmo quando há algum movimento, por a casa ser alta e ter bastante plantas decorativas no jardim, o ambiente interno continua silencioso.
A comunicação com Lúcia, Beth e Nado é ótima.

Sou cliente assídua...anualmente passo uma semana na casa...ainda não achei nada melhor...desde a dona até a caseira.. assistência mil....e a casa? Aahhhhh a casa não dá nem vontade de sair de lá...super recomendo

Casa muito bem cuidada, confortável, com vista maravilhosa, estrutura de lazer completa. Varanda perfeita pra olhar a lua nascer e contemplar a natureza. Caseiros super atenciosos. Recomendo e certamente voltarei pois eu e minha família adoramos!
