This 5 bedroom home is ideal for an elegant memorable family vacation

The pictures don’t do justice! This house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were super comfy and the extra soft blankets were helpful. While the kitchen had most of the necessities, we could have used more garbage bags and toilet paper. For 8 guests, the house provided one roll of low quality tp in each bathroom with only one spare in the entire house for a 4 night stay. It wasn’t an issue purchasing our own, but unexpected. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay! The owner also was very timely in their responses. Thanks so much.

Went here for a bachelor party. Great huge house close to all of the Orlando parks. We had a great trip!

My family and I traveled to Orlando for a sporting event for our daughter. We made a vacation out of it and spent 5 days at the parks as well. Check-in was a rather easy process, receiving instructions from the property manager prior to our arrival. Lennon was responsive at that time but as the week progressed, responses became delayed and I am still waiting for a check-out response (we left 4 days ago). The house is advertised as having a pool and hot tub. A couple days before our stay we were informed we would need to pay extra for using the heat. We paid the extra $30/day in order to use the hot tub but it was only adequately heated 1 day during our 7 day stay. We were told the heater would work 24 hours/day and was set at 86 degrees. The water, with jets running (for hours on end) which supposedly increased the spa temp, maintained a temperature cooler than a luke warm bath. I have asked for a refund and have yet to hear back from the property manager. Upon our arrival, we attempted to log onto the internet and the network name provided was inaccurate. We figured out which network to log onto ourselves (property manager was not certain) and service was extremely slow with upload speeds less than 2 mbps. This was eventually reset on day 3 which greatly improved service (adequate wifi was important as cell phone service lacked in the area and I work remotely). The home is equipped with a security alarm. During our stay on 2 separate occasions, the alarm box started chirping at 3:45 AM and 4 AM. Lennon had maintenance come by to address the issue after the first occurrence but failed to determine what the cause was - just that they input the security code and it turned off. He was kind enough to provide us with the code so when it happened again the next morning, we were able to turn it off. However, I suggest determining what the issue is vs finding a band-aid to fix it so future guests are not woken in the middle of the night. Our final issue was not having a clean water filter in the fridge water dispenser. General maintenance upkeep should be a minimum for a rental property, especially when associating with a resort. Lastly, I sent a message to the property manager asking for check-out and cleaning instructions and never received any guidance - nor have I heard anything regarding our concerns with the property and refund request for the pool/spa heat. The home itself was beautiful but that's as far as it goes for expectations.
