The house is located in the town Turanj which is about 20 kilometers from the city of Zadar and 5 km from the city Biograd. The beach is only 20 meters away. The beautiful beaches and the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic guarantee carefree swimming pleasure with many entertainment options. The town Turanj offers a variety of interesting excursions in the area along the Biograd Riviera. Then there is the center of Biograd `s 5 km away and offers a variety of shops and boat trips to the National Park Kornati. The functionally furnished Apartment in the first floor with two bedrooms, with double beds and Furnished with twin beds. A sofa bed is also available in the living room, plus a terrace equipped with furniture, kitchen with electric oven is open refrigerator toaster, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, the room is air-conditioned. Shops restaurants offer various meat and fish specialties are in the immediate vicinity. The situation in which the board is almost all day sun, in the place and the walks along the coast are breathtaking. If you are looking for peace and relaxation then you should visit us.

It was a nice stay..everything you need ist in the Appartement its clean and not gar awy from beach. We came surely for a second visit.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett . Mann fühlte sich totz unserer Spachbarriere sehr gut betreut und aufgehoben.Wer gut englisch spricht wird keine Probleme haben. Die gebuchte Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet (Klima , W-lan,großer TV etc. ). Sie war sehr sauber und schön geräumig.Bäcker und Eisdiele / Cafe direkt vor der Tür , das war Klasse.
Einzige Wermutstropfen sind die extreme Hellhörigkeit des Objektes. Mit ausschlafen wirds da nix ,also eher für Frühaufsteher. Allgemein ist durch die örtlichen Bedingungen (Hinterhoflage, Sportplatznähe, Barnähe) doch mit einer erhöhten Lärmbelästigung zu rechnen vor allem in der Hauptferiensaison. Zur Wohnung gehört ein reservierter Parkplatz was an sich sehr schön ist aber durch das parken unter den Pinien(?) wurde das Fahrzeug heftig mit Harz verschmutzt was eine kostspielige Lackaufbereitung nötig machte. Eine Stoffhülle fürs Auto ist hier also echt Gold wert!!!
Der Ort selbst ist sehr schön mit ausgezeichneten , preiswerten Lokalen und guter Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe viele vorhanden. Für den großen Einkauf gibts im Nachbarort einen Lidl.
Die Lage des Ortes erlaubt vielfältige Ausflüge z.B. Paklenica NP, Krka ode einen Törn auf die Kornaten.Allerdings sind die Preise dafür recht heftig .

Meine Familie, 5 Personen, hat im Sommer 2014 für 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Estera Rakic Urlaub gemacht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten, sauber und mit dem schönen Balkon wirkt sie noch größer. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Meer, mit guter Badestelle, aber doch etwas zurückversetzt so das sie ruhig und versteckt liegt.Die ganze Familie Rakic ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Estera spricht sehr gut Englisch, sogar auch Deutsch. Von Turanj kann man schöne Tagesausflüge z.B nach Zadar (lecker Fisch) machen, Biograd na Moru liegt direkt daneben, und der Nationalpark Krka ist fantastisch.Leider hatten wir eher schlechtes Wetter was die Stimmung etwas getrübt hat, aber mit der Wohnung hatten wir Glück.Danke nochmal etwas verspätet
