Mycket fin pool med fina solsängar och möjlighet till skugga från träden om man vill det. Separata AC i alla sovrum och i vardagsrum/kök. Fyra sovrum, ett av dem lite mer avsides med eget badrum. Skönt att kunna ställa in bilen i garage. Gångavstånd till staden med mysiga restauranger, kaffe och stränder. Nära till bra matbutik. Bra helt inhängnad tomt, passar bra för hund.
