The owners were very friendly and made me feel welcome in their home. The food they made was amazing both nights, served with delicious fresh tea and tea leaves used in the dishes. I went during the tea harvest in late April and I was taken to a tea farm, packaging plant, and production facility. Highly recommended for tea lovers, and if you're learning about tea be sure to ask questions as people are eager to share. It was also a peaceful area to walk around, and the nearby Mount Awagatake had a great viewpoint.
