Location, cleanliness, equipment, and staff availability were great. Bathroom was in your own room, not shared.
The host failed to send me door code# beforehand, so I had to call the staff at 10PM, but he quickly provided proper information.

Logement parfaitement situé, très facile d’accès, à proximité du métro et dans un quartier vraiment agréable et paisible. Le logement était très propre et très bien équipé, idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours.
Pas vraiment de points négatifs à signaler. À la rigueur, le débit de la douche est assez puissant, ce qui peut être légèrement désagréable pour certains. Cela dit, cela reste un détail et nous préférons largement cela à un débit trop faible, souvent rencontré ailleurs. Ce commentaire est vraiment pour être pointilleux.

The location was great.
It was smaller than expected. The toaster didn’t work, only one ring on the cook top worked. We stayed 5 nights and the bed linen was never changed.
