About this house rental
Beautiful single family home on quiet alley, famous for it murals. Newer, eclectic artsy three story home with lots of amenities. Rear courtyard and private deck. You will have the entire home. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, kitchen and one car garage parking.
Subway system is 3 blocks away. Close to transportation and subway is only three blocks away.
Walking distance from shops , restaurants and parks and other points of interest. There is a strict “no parties” guest policy. This is my personal home where I reside so please be mindful and treat it as such. There are three outdoor cameras that monitor entrance points, one on the doorbell, another in garage and another in the outside courtyard.

Can't say enough good about this place. The location was great. The house was great. We enjoyed being able to relax in it each evening after spending each day touring the surrounding area. The alleyway was a treat to walk down, as all the garages had murals painted on them. Very good artwork. We walked some days, but we learned quickly that Waymo was the most convenient means of getting around, since parking spaces are hard to get and the traffic is extremely busy. The location is just far enough from Fisherman's Wharf to merit the need for a ride.

The house was spectacular! Super clean, thoughtful touches in the decor. We loved the library and the records! Took us 50 something year olds back to our roots of disco and the 70s. The neighborhood is charming and we were delighted to see the murals reflecting the local community. Well stocked kitchen w staples/condiments for a variety of tastes and preferences. Overall we had a great stay, very pleased with everything and the instructions were easy to understand and execute. We would stay again and will tell our friends and family about this wonderful hidden gem. We used Uber for most of our travels and that was easy peasy. Thank you!Jean and family
