Step inside to central air conditioning, bright, open spaces, and tile throughout. You will also have a flatscreen TV in every room, a full kitchen, and a dining room table with seating for six. Located close to many restaurants and shops, including Parrot Eyes Restaurant and Bar for excellent seafood and Mexican fare and where you can also rent jet skis and wave runners. Take the day to spend on the nearby beach or stay close to home and enjoy the many shared amenities, such as a heated pool and hot tub. If a day trip on the island is what you are looking for, visit Gravity Park, just two miles south, and the Schlitterbahn Waterpark only four miles away.

Enjoyed the top floor, south facing, private deck. Great location on the north end of the island where it is a little quieter but still walkable to beach and bars. Outside areas of condo complex were well maintained and manicured with beautiful pool and hot tub area as well as marina. The interior of the condo was very tired with virtually every surface either scratched, chipped, scraped, dented or peeling. Combine that with marginal cleanliness left us disappointed. Hard to tell on many of the surfaces if it was dirt or just wear and tear. It is a shame as this place has so much going for it but is lacking proper maintenance.
