Simple and clean. The rooms are well decorated, the beds very comfy and I appreciate when you are given a variety of pillow choices. One of the things that stood out for me was how quiet the room was. I did not hear doors slamming shut, feet tromping in the hallways, or anything else. I felt like I was the only one there. The efficiency kitchen was not a must have on my list for an overnight stay, but I’m sure trekkers to Zion or other types of tourists would find this very helpful. They were also very welcoming to my dog.

Not so much the property, but the booking process. I had requested a 1st floor room after I booked it. I am a 75 yr old woman, traveling with a 60 lb dog and though I try to pack lightly, that’s a lot to handle. When I asked about getting a first floor room, they had no singles left and I did not want to pay extra for a bed I did not need just to be on the first floor. Not sure who dropped the ball; the hotel or Booking.com, but I wound up on the 3rd floor. Fortunately the elevator was close to the lobby and not far from my room.

The staff was very friendly and provided great service - we asked for a room switch and it was accommodated. The pool/hot tub is lovely and though we didn't use the BBQ, we appreciated that it was there and available so will plan for that next time.

This did not impact us as we also had camping equipment with us , but while there are fridges and stovetops available, there are no cooking accoutrements in the units or information on how you would get a pot or a pan. Other guests we met commented on this, and it would be helpful if this info was provided at check-in.

Booked online. Staff was nice but didn’t seem very knowledgeable about there role and using computer systems for check in wanted to use Apple Pay for security staff didn’t know how to. Took t 2 people to figure out room available.lots of time wasted. Hotel new but seemed cheap elevator very slow
