Bright well equipped apartment with amazing host.

The apartment has views of the valley and Gordes. It is a short walk to the village. It is light and has a good kitchen and bathroom and separate toilet. The common pool is huge. The most attractive aspect is our host Denis. He made us very welcome and sent us WhatsApp messages each day with suggestions of what to do and where to eat (if not cooking in the apartment).

We visited in early September so it was not too hot. The apartment might be rather hot in summer.

Fantastic location just a few minutes easy walk to the centre of Gordes. Quiet, great views. Secure parking. Well maintained and equipped. Super friendly and communicative host.

Superb

The Bastidon a Gordes avec piscine was a real treasure to find. The place was fantastic and Denis was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I had the best experience in Gordes and the surrounding region. He took great time to provide a list of activities we may enjoy. He answered any questions immediately. The place was very lovely. It was decorated nicely and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the pool area. I would stay there again and recommend it. Thank you Denis

A wonderful holiday in a fabulous property

We had a fabulous stay! The Bastidon was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable for me, my husband and two teenage children. The views from the lounge window of Gordes were amazing and we enjoyed being able to sit out in the private terraces. (Note the apartment is upstairs and the sitting out areas are downstairs which we didn’t find a problem at all). The Bastidon is in a really lovely Domaine, with other properties on site. Although there are quite a few properties, each one is very private from the others. The pool area is gorgeous and although shared with others and it was the high season,it still never felt crowded. We loved being so close to Gordes. Denis was incredibly helpful and responded to our requests and queries promptly. We would thoroughly recommend a holiday here. We loved it!

Beautiful location, lots of activities, and excellent host!

The Bastidon is located in a private community within the beautiful town of Gordes. It is only a short walk to the town center where there are many restaurant options and beautiful panoramic views across the valley. The private community has lovely gardens, a pool, table tennis, and other amenities. Denis is a wonderful host and gave us a lot of excellent recommendations about the area. We hope to come back again!

This was amazing stay.

Whole property is an one big garden with a lot of plants and a nice swimming pool. Each house has its own place outside (tables, chairs, sun loungers). It is situated in amazing place, so you can explore Provence easily (dozens villages nearby).

Wonderful clean apartment very close to the center of Gordes. Before our arrival we get many information from the host and he was really great help when we wanted to rent bicycles for one day. He organized for us that the rental company brought us the bicycles to the entrance and they picked up when we finished. Huge thanks for that. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again

We felt it would benefit from air conditioning. We stayed in September and still found sleeping difficult on a few of the hotter days of our stay. A facility for cooking outside in the patio area would be a great improvement.

Ein Traum in der Provence

Die Lage war top. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und hübsch mit Details aus der Provence eingerichtet. Dennis und seine Frau waren sehr aufmerksam und nett. Dennis gab uns gute Tips für Gordes und die Umgebung. Der Pool war einladend und schön in die Umgebung eingebettet.

Es konnte schon sehr heiss werden, in der Unterkunft - dank den vorhandenen Ventilatoren wurde es besser. Die Terrasse ist nur durch eine steile Treppe erreichbar.
