It consists of two floors; the first floor, which is at street level, is available for rent.
The first floor is not available for rent; the owner may use it, and it is completely separate from the guests.
The house is solidly built and has all valid permits.
The entire first floor is available for rent, consisting of an entryway, a full kitchen, a living/dining room, one bedroom with a half-bath, two bedrooms each with two single beds, an outdoor terrace, a garden, a patio with a private 7x4 m² pool, two parking spaces, and a barbecue.
The neighborhood is called Más Romeu; it is very quiet and consists of single-family homes. It is located 2.5 km from downtown Lloret, is well-connected with bus service, and has a gas station 150 m away, a restaurant 100 m away, and an ALDI supermarket 150 m away.
This house is designed for families with children who want to enjoy a peaceful vacation with a pool, barbecue, or a day at the beach.
I do not allow groups of young people under 25 years of age; parties and noise that disturbs the neighbors are not permitted.
No one who has not been registered (checked in) by the owner is permitted to enter this property.
I do not allow parties of any kind.
In general, nothing that might disturb the neighbors.
The owner personally manages the reservation, is available to guests, and maintains the pool.

We had a fantastic week at Jose’s house. Lovely quiet location but only a 15 min walk into town. Lovely pool and supermarket a 2 min walk away aswell as a bus stop. Perfect. Jose was a great host and have us a lift to our transfer bus on our departure day. Would definitely recommend.

Wir haben den Urlaub im Haus von José sehr genossen. Das Haus war super ausgestattet, der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe, der Hausherr super nett und eine Grillmöglichkeit war auch vorhanden. Wir gerne kommen wieder ;)

jolie maison très bien entretenue avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Quartier calme centre de Lloret à 5 min à voiture et Aldi a 300 m. Hôtes charmants

He estado muy agusto estos es días, con mi marido y mis dos hijos! Casa muy acogedora, limpia y con todo lo necesario. La casa está en una urbanización, pero cerca del centro y demás. Andando a unos metros dispones de supermercado.
Nos gustó muchos y estuvimos de maravilla!
