スタッフの方がとても丁寧で、直前でチェックインが大幅に早まっても対応してくださったり、ドームからホテルまでの帰り方、また翌日の空港までの行き方をいくつか分かりやすく教えてくださったりしました。また、冷蔵庫にビールや水を人数分用意してくださっていたり、フォークやスプーン、箸などもありました。インスタントのコーヒーや紅茶、緑茶を用意してくださっていたのも有難かったです。
浴槽やトイレも清潔で使いやすかったです。ベットもふかふかで暖かかったです。
都心から少し離れたところにありますが、ホテルから徒歩6分程度のところに札幌行きのバス(240円)、すぐ裏に新千歳空港行きの直通バス(1400円程度で1時間15分くらい)があるので、ロケーションもそこまで悪くないと思います。
周りに泊まっていた方々がマナーが良かったこともあると思いますが、騒音も気になりませんでした。
少し寒かった点です。
でもそれ以外は文句無しです！

Spacious, clean apartment located at the foot of Mt. Moiwa. Easy to get to on the bus from Chitose and easy to access downtown Sapporo via the tram system close by.
Masato was super friendly and welcoming and even greated us off the airport bus to take us to the accommodation. Would definitely stay here again.
