The Space:

This Maccagno apartment is furnished in a modern and contemporary style and is located on the ground floor of the building.



It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There are also two bathrooms, both with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms for your convenience.



Finally, this Maccagno apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining table seating six. The sleek white kitchen units contrast with the deep red of the sofas and chairs, arranged around a small central coffee table.



Doors lead from the living area to a large triangular shaped terrace, with great views of the swimming pools and lake. It is equipped with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. For those looking to stay during the Winter months at this Maccagno apartment, there is underfloor heating throughout the property.



Please note that there is an additional energy fee of 10 euros per day which must be paid in cash locally upon arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. It also has shared use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi with the other residents staying at the apartments.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within easy walking distance of this Maccagno apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction.



There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area.



The apartment is situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in and there are platforms cleverly positioned in the lake to swim out to.



For the sporty types amongst you, there are tennis courts just a few minutes walk away as well as a water sports centre where you can hire canoes, pedalos and boats. You can also hire bikes on site. Both e-bikes and traditional bicycles are available.



You can even walk along the lakeside from this Maccagno apartment to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake. Since the property is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will potentially allow you to explore more of the area. For those that do hire a car, the property has allocated parking in an underground car park.



If you don't want to hire a car, it is easy to reach the property from Milan Malpensa airport by either train or by taxi. Just let us know if you need any help booking a taxi transfer.



Getting Around:

Since the property is within walking distance of the boat stop, a car is not essential although having one will allow you to explore more of the area. It is possible to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the village by train or by taxi.



Other Things to Note:

We love the convenience of the apartments within this lakeside complex and this property is no exception. Being located on the ground floor adds to its popularity, particularly among families, as it allows guests to easily head from the apartment to the wonderful pool area.



Many of the apartments here are privately owned, including this one, and these owners have added some lovely touches to give it a homely welcoming feel.
