About this house rental
A tranquil oasis on a romantic seafront, an enclave of calm and luxury, the ultimate idea of a perfect Mediterranean holiday.
Private beach at your doorstep, where you can enjoy the beautiful turquoise Adriatic sea, where there's no one around but your family.
The house is located on Cres island, Croatia, on 4 acres of property, mainly woods and a garden.
It can be reached only by boat.
It can not be reached by car, there’s no road to the house.
The boat ride lasts 10 min from town Nerezine which is located on Losinj island. You park your car for free in Nerezine. The transfer to the house is guaranteed and included in the price.
In Nerezine there are shops, hotels, restaurants, pharmacy....
Boat rental tel number is available and there's a buoy -mooring in the sea in front of the house free of charge.
From Nerezine you are only 15 min drive from the biggest town on all of Croatian islands - Mali losinj.
The house itself is a completely refurbished old stone house with modern day comforts, ideal for a family or small group of friends. It's the family's second home and therefore cosy and warm.
It is in a secluded bay and there are no other houses in approximately 4 km radius, with thoroughly unspoiled nature all around.
Once you get off the boat, you step on the little pier and the beach that are 30m from the house. You go through the gate onto the narrow path that leads to the house and the stone terrace (70 m2) in front of the house.
In the house, on the ground floor there's open space kitchen and dinning room, 35 m2, and a living room, 10 m2. In the living room there's a smart TV and a fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a 2 m2 shower room with the toilet, sink and a shower.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, sink, fridge, Italian moka coffee maker, mixer, gas toaster, necessary pots and pans, glasses, cups, mugs and dishes. There is no oven.
Bread maker or other similar kitchen appliances that take up too much electricity can not be used in this kitchen.
Note - this is an ecological self sustaining place with only solar power and a rain water cistern (potable water available)..
Up the stairs there's an suite master bedroom, with another smaller room attached to it, altogether 30 m2. There are no doors in between these two rooms and the additional room can be used for a small child or similar. The additional room also has an outside entrance that leads to the back terrace (concrete, 25 m2) which is connected by stairs with the front garden and the front terrace.
In the master bedroom there's a queen size double bed, a closet, a glass book case. In the master bathroom there's a toilet, a marble sink, a shower.
On the top floor there's an attic, 25 m2, bedroom. Ideal for children. Instead of the stairs there's a fixed ladder that leads to the attic. There's two beds but also a cushion sofa that can be transformed into additional bed, if necessary. There's no bathroom on the top floor.
Both bedrooms have a beautiful sea view.
In this place you can have an ideal relaxing holiday, away from it all, but at the same time be very close to towns and their advantages.
Non smoking in the house. No pets welcome.

Our stay was fantastic! We were just enjoying the lovingly and tastefully furnished old stone house, the beautiful large terrace and other wonderful sitting areas on the large property and of course the turquoise blue bathing bay that you have all to yourself. It was very peaceful being surrounded only by cicadas chirping and serene nature. A unique holiday experience and very friendly landlords.

We spent one week in little Mediterranean paradise , where we had fun with our kids on private beach, snorkeling, swimming, enjoyed breakfasts on the terrase and had unforgettable evenings watching sunsets with the glass of wine.
House is beautifully restored with heart and soul and it is truly little gem.❤️
Owners are very nice , we were welcomed with a smile . Our kids enjoyed the boat ride to and back from the house .
Be prepared to calm down and relax at this place.
