Comfortable large house, good airconditioning, soft beds and rainfall-style showers, well equipped kitchen, comfortable couch, and a nice space to site outside, has a good dishwasher and washing machine.
The house is quite dark inside, the electric cooktop is very sensitive and flips out even if it just gets mildly wet, the internet is mediocre and not recommended if any of the guests have to get some work done while on holiday, for this size/price it's unfortunate there is no outside grill option, and the house was suffering from a roly-poly infestation and we had to swipe up 100+ of them every morning.
