Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and crockery. It is close to shops, hypermarkets, basic services. The apt is 600m from the sea at Praia da Enseada, right after passing the Pitangueiras Beach / Morro do Maluf, which is the city center. We make Rental Agreement simple and objective, accepted by email. There is wi fi in the common areas of the building. Apartamento é exatamente como descrito no anúncio. É confortável e próximo a praia e aos comércios. Sinal da rede móvel não funciona bem na região, acho que devido as montanhas, wi-fi tem um bom sinal mas não em todos os cômodos, funciona melhor no quarto, não há cama de casal mas há espaço e bastante colchiide solteiro. O app não disponhe de guarda sol e cadeiras de praia mas é fácil encontrar a locação desses na praia a qual nasaioria é fornecido como cortesia aos clientes que consomem nós quiosques. Funcionário do condomínio, Luan, muito educado e solicito, os demais tbm, todos sempre a disposição.
