Edgewater Condo in Leeward building unit L-105. 1st floor near elevator and stairwell.
Beautiful Gulf Views. New furniture and new sliding glass door.
1 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 5. Free WiFi in gated property. 2 televisions, newly furnished with easy access since it's on the first floor. Updated Appliances, and Bathrooms.
Club access includes: Pickle ball, exercise room and tennis courts. note: 9 hole executive golf course for an additional charge. Oceans restaurant on property!
We now offer pre-paid beach chairs.

After researching condos this is the best one. The best parkind, the best location, the best price and Kevin is great at communication.
