Studio of 30m2, located on the 2nd and last floor of the residence "La plage de l'anse Caritan", 10 minutes walk from the village of Sainte Anne. Located in the small "Dominique" building, at the end of the corridor, not overlooked, with a splendid view of the sea below a magnificent tropical garden. you will be woken up by the little birds!

Please note, there are 3 residences, ours is in front, the closest to the sea. To get there, take the Caribbean route.
This residence is nestled in a magnificent tropical garden. It is also the starting point of the coastal path which leads, among other things, to the famous Salines beach, passing by the Meunier cove at 20 minutes, which we particularly like. .
The daily market in the village of Ste Anne is 10 minutes walk.
One is called:
"Mamadoué": for a couple or a couple with one or two children.
The advantages of our accommodation:
- its location: 2nd and last floor, sea view.
- its exposure: large shaded terrace. Beautiful sunset over Le Diamant.
- a real sitting area (ideal for a couple), a mezzanine for more privacy with one or two children.
- its new equipment: plenty of storage, adjustable flat screen TNT TV, washing machine, fridge-freezer, radio ... roller shutter.
- its personalized welcome: linen provided.
The other: "Bigouz" (pleasure in Breton!) for a couple. No mezzanine but a magnificent new four-poster bed, a colonial style living room. At the end of the corridor, not overlooked, with a panoramic sea view ... Upscale studio, by its location, its view, its equipment and its decoration.
The kitchenette includes: a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, oven and microwave, beautiful storage furniture in mahogany ...
Two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a large closet, TV in the living area of the bedroom.
Shower room with shower, sink and wc.
Loggia with fan and roller shutter, equipped with a large wooden table and 4 chairs.
