Apartment of about 80 square meters, located on the first floor of a building of two floors (plus ground floor) with elevator, equipped with air conditioning in every room, free wifi internet, TV. Entrance corridor giving access to the new kitchen (2016) of about 18 square meters which leads to a terrace of about 40 square meters with a sunshade of three meters for three, a table with plastic armchairs, a sunbed. Traditional double room with double bed, adding a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a balcony. Second traditional room with two single beds plus a single sofa bed plus a balcony, closet. A bathroom with a shower.

Appartamento pulito, ben arredato e vicino al mare. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Appartamento ben posizionato sia riguardo al mare sia riguardo ai servizi (supermarket, panettiere, ...).
Posto ottimo per famiglie con bambini.

ho soggiornato 2 settimane dal 6/8 al 20/8 nell'appartemento con il terrazzo era grande e spazioso, è molto vicino al mare, a vari negozietti e ristoranti. I proprietari veramente gentili ed ospitali. Appena avrò la possibilità sicurmanete tornerò

Wir sind mit unserem Urlaub sehr zufrieden! Wir haben ohne deutsche Sprache 7 Tage lang überlebt, ohne Problem! Der Besitzer, Senior Antonio, war nett und freundlich, zu der Wohnung gehört eine große Terrasse mit einem riesen großem Sonnenschirm, es war einfach super! Wie gesagt, Wohnung, Ausstattung usw. alles ok! Leider, Klimaanlage kann man nicht selbst anschalten und ausschalten, nachts läuft ca. bis 6 Uhr Morgens und um 7uhr draußen schon über 27 Grad +, an sonst alles ok!!!

Ringraziamo la famiglia Pinciotti per la piacevole vacanza trascorsa a Roseto in un appartamento veramente bello, funzionale, comodo, moderno con cucina a induzione, ben curato in posizione comoda sia per il mare che per la vicinanza ai negozi, (alimentari, gelateria, posta, farmacia ecc.).
Un ringraziamento particolare al Sig. Antonio e moglie per l'aiuto prestatoci nel momento del bisogno.
Torneremo senza dubbio.
