Openspace apartment in newly built residence (2011), air conditioning, fiber internet with wall cable connection and free wifi, TV, lift and a balcony. Openspace 15 meters long and five wide, with wooden ceiling, the two lower corners are 192 centimeters and already moving a few centimeters inwards the height exceeds two meters. Kitchen equipped with everything with top of okite, induction hob, oven, fridge and single sofa bed. The sleeping area is composed of a double bed and in front of this bunk bed which disappears when closed on the wall, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a double-sided wardrobe and a separè. A bathroom with stall shower and suspended sanitary ware

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Den Strand erreicht man fußläufig in 5 Minuten

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und sind wieder sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Einrichtung ist sehr gut und es gibt sogar einen Fahrstuhl. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu laufen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento open space n. 203 al secondo piano con ascensore, moderno, ottimi serramenti, cucina ad induzione, balcone con vista sulla collina. E' situato in zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare, panetteria e piccolo market nelle immediate vicinanze, market più fornito a 250 m. circa, locali sul lungomare. Da segnalare la cortesia e la disponibilità del Sig. Pinciotti e della Sig.ra Maria, che ci hanno anche fornito di anguria, melone e pizza una sera. Ci siamo trovati bene anche al balneare La Vela, convenzionato con il proprietario, con ombrelloni ben distanziati, spiaggia sabbiosa ed acqua bassa per diversi metri, particolarmente adatta ai bambini. Consiglio la visita a Montepagano, sito sulla collina retrostante.
Esperienza molto positiva che consiglio vivamente.

Siamo stai due settimane ospiti dalla famiglia PInciotti ed è stata una scelta più che azzeccata!!!! Appartamento pulitissimo,ordinato dove non manca nulla con un ampissimo balcone dove ci si può rilassare vista la tranquillità della zona. Ottima locazione dove si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti ristoranti e spiaggia!!! Non si può non menzionare la gentililezza,simpatia e cordialità del signor Antonio e sua moglie a cui ci si può rivolgere per ogni cosa!!! Consigliato vivamente!!! Mattia e Paola
