Welcome to your Naples getaway—a renovated three-bedroom, two-bath home with a private south-facing pool, located about one mile from Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
A standout feature of the home is the pool’s southern exposure, providing sunshine throughout the day. When you’re ready for shade, the covered lanai offers a comfortable place to relax, dine outdoors, or enjoy the Florida breeze. The screened pool area also includes comfortable seating, lounge chairs, and an outdoor grill.
The home sleeps up to seven guests:
• Primary bedroom with king bed• Second bedroom with queen bed• Third bedroom with two twin beds• Living room with a single sofa bed
The fully equipped kitchen opens into the bright living and dining areas, making it easy for families and friends to spend time together. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer and dryer, air conditioning, keyless self-check-in, garage parking, a ping-pong table, and four adult bicycles for exploring the neighborhood.
Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park are just minutes away. Mercato’s restaurants, shopping, and Silverspot Cinema are approximately five minutes from the home. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, The Ritz-Carlton, and Waterside Shops are also nearby.
Dogs are welcome with a one-time $95 pet fee. Optional pool heating is available for $25 per night and is recommended during cooler months.

This was our second time staying at this home. We most recently stayed here for two weeks over the Christmas holiday. I traveled with my husband and my two teenage kids.We love this house. It is super comfortable, the furnishings are good quality, we like the decor and we love the pool. The pool is perfectly positioned so that you get sunlight all day. We also really like the location in Naples Park because you can walk to the beach in a few minutes time and you also are conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The house really has everything you need to feel at home. Well, we do love eating out sometimes, we also appreciate a healthy meal at home. I cooked several nights and had everything I needed to make a full dinner. My husband and son appreciated the pool table in the garage. I really enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and catching the sunsets at night. If you are looking for some time off to rest and relax without having to be at a hotel, this is a great place for you.
