Clean, in the city center and great host.

Very cheap and in a good location and very nice owner
Lots of fruit flies found the front door and no windows only one small one in the bedroom - it felt a bit like a prison but we spent more our time out of it so it didn’t bother us too much

I traveled with other young friends. Nice apartment right in the centre of the city with parking for the car, 5 minutes far from the place. BUT at our arrival, the apartment wasn't very clean. A lot of spider-webs on the ceiling and too many mosquitos around the little out-door space in front of the house. Next to that, a broken window from the neighbour, where a cat jumped out from, and unfortunately it died right in front of our door. Of course, not a owner's fault. Probably just the fate.
