Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Nachbarinnen waren super freundlich. Der Hit war die Outdoorküche. Diese wurde ausschließlich von uns genutzt. Es gab am Haus überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

Man muss die Lautstärke (Motorroller und viele Menschen) lieben, wenn man dieses Haus mietet. Das Haus liegt eben direkt in der Stadt.

We were a group of 8 friends. Been there for a week. There is all the appliances and cookware you need. (Filter coffee machine, coffee machine for pods, pods included, washing machine, dishwasher with detergent, sponges, soap, table grill, toaster, outdoor grill for BBQ lovers and an outdoor kitchen with a gas stove. There is a cabinet with all the specialty glassware like champagne flutes, shot glasses, beautiful coffee cups and more. You have 2 AC units at your disposal, so heat was definitely not a problem there. You also get 2 hairdryers. Basically everything you need for a carefree stay. We even got a welcome gift, and a very friendly employee from the agency guided us to the appartment and explained everything. There is even a private security service. We had a problem on the first day - the gas cylinder was empty. The next morning someone came and replaced it for no additional cost. If you have any problems there is always someone at the agency who will try and solve it as fast as possible, for example if you need extra towels.

There is nothing huge we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations. But I would like to emphasize the importance of taking pictures of anything and EVERYTHING broken, cracked or signs of overuse at the beginning of your stay, as it will be much easier and faster for you and for them at the checkout to assess what was already damaged before you arrived (small cracks in the floor, a bit of torn net on chairs outside, etc.). There is a pricelist at the entrance of all the things that could get a part of your security deposit taken away if you don't take care (broken glasses, very dirty appartment and so on). No hidden fees, just as straight as it can get.

- struttura molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata per ogni bisogno. (C’erano addirittura due frigoriferi di cui uno con dei Welcome Drink gratuiti molto graditi) - pulizia ottima - climatizzazione su più piani - barbecue in muratura nella parte all’aperto della struttura - 2 bagni di cui uno anche dotato di lavatrice - cucina spaziosa e già dotata di tutto il necessario - oltre ai free drink nel frigo, abbiamo trovato biscotti, cialde di caffè e qualche snack - la posizione della casa è ottima per raggiungere le spiagge anche a piedi in poco più di 10 minuti - parcheggio privato nello spazio interno della corte (molto comodo) Visto il periodo di alta stagione, il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero molto buono quindi mi sento di consigliare la struttura

- ci è stata chiesta una caparra di 400 euro in contanti al momento del check in. Mi è stato detto fosse specificato su booking ma ho controllato anche dopo e non era specificato nulla a riguardo. La caparra ci è stata tornata a seguito del controllo da parte di un ragazzo dello staff al momento della nostra partenza. - il check out era alle 10 ma ci è stato Comunque chiesto di essere pronti prima affinchè entro le 10, si potesse effettuare il controllo. Nel complesso niente di grave, non ho lamentale da fare, anzi consiglio la struttura a tutti peró certe informazioni andrebbero specificate a caratteri cubitali soprattutto per la caparra perchè non tutti hanno certe cifre in contanti con sè.
