At home on Lake Belauer

Wake up to the chirping of birds, take a dip in the nearby lake (250 m to the bathing area) and then start the day with breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view of the fields - this is a holiday on Lake Belau! Our bungalow, which was only built in 2018 in Danish style, offers comfort and cosiness for two to four people on 97 square meters. The light-flooded rooms are kept in light colors and invite you to linger. Two terraces offer relaxation at any time of the day. The living and dining area: The heart of the house is the large living and dining area with a ceiling that opens up into the gable. The well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven leaves nothing to be desired. A basic supply of spices, oil, coffee and tea is available. The large dining table offers relaxed space for eight people. From the kitchen you enter the sheltered southeast terrace with a wonderful view over the fields. On the living room side is the covered southwest terrace, which invites you to the sundowner with your couch. A large couch corner with TV and DVD offer completes this area. Of course there is also a bookcase with a selection of books. The sleeping area: In the hallway area delimited by a door there is a large bedroom with a 1.40 m bed and a large wardrobe. Opposite is a smaller room with a day bed (two 80x200 cm mattresses), a small table with chair and a chest of drawers. Some children's toys are available for bad weather. A travel cot and high chair are provided on request. The bathroom with barrier-free shower (towels and hair dryer are of course available) and a separate guest toilet complete the sleeping area. Underfloor heating: The house is at ground level and is centrally heated in all rooms via underfloor heating with a heat pump. Washer and dryer: There is also a washing machine with dryer in the utility room.
Parking and shed: Parking is possible under your own carport with covered access to the utility room and a shed holds a bike, a grill, a parasol and deckchairs. Enjoy the peace and the view over the fields and relax in your own garden!
The location: This house is located in the heart of Holstein, the Holstein Lake District - off the Dorfstrasse in a small development area at the end of the service road. Children can still play carefree on the street or romp in the adjacent field. The garden is also completely fenced. A footpath leads within 3 minutes. to the swimming area at Lake Belauer. There is also a dirt road for a short walk with the four-legged friend. At the neighboring farmer you can still get eggs from happy chickens and horses graze peacefully next to sheep and cows on the surrounding paddocks.
Activities in the area: This Scandinavian holiday home offers the ideal place for your vacation. It is the starting point for long walks, canoeing or cycling tours in the surrounding area. The idyllic town of Plön is only 17 minutes away by car and Kiel, Lübeck and Hamburg are also within easy reach. All things for daily needs can be found in Wankendorf, 6 km away. Holstein Switzerland also offers a lot of variety - old goods that are close to the Baltic Sea, historic cities ... For the little guests are the Karl May Festival Siel in Bad Segeberg, the Hansapark, the Wildpark Trappenkamp and the
